In 2015, the Love for All Outreach by the Lorae Foundation took a more structured form,
building upon the initial seed sown the previous year. With a few more passionate friends
joining the mission, we set out to make a greater impact. Our destination was the Mother
Care Orphanage, located near Agona Swedru in the Central Region.
This time, we came with a clear plan—not just to visit, but to serve holistically. We
introduced the children to God’s love through age-appropriate Bible sessions, led by
volunteers who tailored their message to each group. The atmosphere was filled with joy as
we engaged the kids in games like fill the bottle, thread and needle, and ludo, which sparked
laughter and camaraderie.
As part of our commitment to holistic care, we provided a buffet meal with drinks and water,
ensuring every child dined in dignity. We also donated essential items—clothes and
foodstuffs—contributing to their daily needs.
2015 marked not just another visit, but a deeper commitment to love in action.
